Responsibilities

• 地域通関チームと協働し、ビジネスおよび業務プロセスにおける国内外の通関関連リスクを特定・分析し、適切なリスク低減策の導入を支援します。
• 通関関連法令・規制の実施に貢献し、関連情報を社内組織全体に正確かつ一貫性をもって周知徹底します。
• 外部・内部監査および税関監査から生じる是正措置をモニタリング・管理し、その実施を確実にします。
• 通関業者（ブローカー）の管理、および標準業務手順書（SOP）の策定・導入に責任を持ちます。
• 自身の担当領域におけるプロセス最適化のため、ガイドライン、ソリューション、計画を策定・実行し、その遵守を徹底します。
• 通関関連規制の順守を保証するためのトレーニングおよびレビューを実施します。
• 他の組織ユニットに対するコンサルティング機能、およびベストプラクティスの共有を推進します。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 外国貿易・通関分野を専攻した経済学または法学の学位、もしくは税関行政分野での同等の実務経験。
• 通関業務の実務経験を有し、マトリックス組織におけるオペレーション部門のマネジメント経験がある方。
• 官公庁、コンサルティングファーム、企業、業界団体など、外国貿易のさまざまな分野での経験があればなお望ましい。
• 通関システムおよびERPシステムに精通し、要件定義、テスト、ロールアウトに関する専門性を有する方。
