Responsibilities

• 具体的な業務例
• 目標・要求に基づいたサスペンション製品設計、仕様検討、作図推進、部品手配業務
• 入社後すぐの業務
• 先任設計者から指示を受けての作図業務（CATIA V5）、試作品の手配・納期調整
• 入社6か月～2年以降
• レースのレギュレーションや当社独自の目標・要求に基づいたサスペンション製品設計、仕様検討
• 開発計画立案、開発・管理プロセスを含む成果の管理
• 全ての開発活動について社内、客先と密なコミュニケーションをとり、問題・懸念点の解決の推進
• レース現場の契約チームに帯同し、ライダーと直接やり取りから完成車要求ニーズを得て、次なる設計へのフィードバックをします。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 3D-CADを利用した機械設計経験

歓迎条件：

• CAD(CATIA V5)
• TOEIC500点程度の英語力(読み書き・メール利用に支障のないレベル)
