Responsibilities

• SAPを活用したマスターデータ（ベンダー・顧客・価格等）の登録、レビュー、メンテナンス
• 日々のマスターデータ維持管理および運用プロセスの改善
• 派遣社員のチームマネジメント（業務指示や進捗管理、育成など）
• メゾン、経理、FP&A、IT部門等との連携による業務効率化の推進
• 内部・外部監査のサポートや本社・他地域との協力、グローバルプロジェクトの推進
• 財務領域でのデジタル化・自動化推進、業務プロセスの簡素化と生産性向上
• 新規事業や業務改善イニシアチブへの参画

Requirements

必須条件

• 5年以上のSAP経験
• ファイナンス領域での経験
• 派遣社員等のマネジメント経験
• 日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション力

歓迎条件

• マスターデータ管理経験
• 会計・経理またはコントローラー経験
• RPA経験
