Responsibilities

• アジア太平洋地域の自動車事業を担うプロダクトマネージャーを募集しています。
• 本ポジションは、中国、日本、ASEAN、韓国の各プロダクトマネジメントチームと連携しながら、営業、エンジニアリング、オペレーションなどの関係部門と協働し、製品の企画・開発から市場投入、収益性向上まで幅広く担当していただきます。
• グローバルかつ成長市場で、戦略的な製品マネジメントに携わりたい方に最適なポジションです。

業務内容：

• 製品企画・イノベーション推進
• プロジェクト推進・GTM実行
• 収益性・マージン管理
• その他サポート業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• プロダクトマネジメント、営業、またはエンジニアリング分野での実務経験3年以上
• 自動車業界での実務経験3年以上
• クロスファンクショナル環境における高いコミュニケーション能力
• プレゼンテーションスキル
• Excel等を用いたデータ分析スキル
• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上

歓迎条件：

• エンジニアリングバックグラウンド
• 中国語スキル
