Responsibilities

世代光半導体デバイスの評価技術開発（検査・信頼性）を担当いただきます。新製品の基礎技術を生み出す役割を担い、技術革新の最前線でご活躍いただけます。
業務詳細：

• 具体的には、次世代光半導体デバイスの特性評価技術および信頼性評価技術の開発、検査技術の開発、評価工程設計・高効率化、評価データ解析とフィードバックを行います。
• また、プロセス開発や歩留まり向上、要素技術の検討にも携わります。
• ータ解析結果を前工程へ反映し、製造プロセス全体の最適化を推進します。
• 装置メーカーや国内外拠点とのやりとりも発生し、グローバルな視点での業務遂行が求められます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 半導体デバイスの評価工程設計、検査技術開発等の経験
• TOEIC600点以上の英語力

歓迎条件：

• 半導体光デバイスの特性評価経験、信頼性データ解析、統計解析、通電試験装置の立ち上げ経験
• プログラミングスキル（VBAマクロ、python、C++等）、BIツール、CADスキル
