Responsibilities

• 映像解析に関する新技術創出・実用性向上・社会実装に取り組み、ビジネス拡大に貢献して頂きます。特に下記について、各個別のテーマや複数に渡るテーマを選択して研究開発を行います。

固定カメラ映像や一人称視点映像中の人物の行動認識やシーンの解析手法

VLM（multimodal LLMs）を活用した解析結果に基づくアドバイス生成手法

上記手法をリアルタイムで解析するための高速・軽量化手法

1）～3）の技術を用いた製品化向け試作（眼鏡型デバイスと解析PCとの低遅延伝送、JSによるWebアプリケーション実装など）

• 研究成果の論文化、特許化、広報発表に繋げ技術・事業ブランド向上に貢献していただきます。
• 事業部門・顧客と協力した実証活動を主導していただきます。
• チームメンバ・インターン生の指導をしていただきます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 映像解析、機械学習関連分野での研究開発業務の経験（企業・研究機関での経験を合計して5年以上）
• 国際学会発表や論文採択の経験
• スキル
• 深層学習技術の実装・プログラミング（pytorch、LLM等）の経験（5年以上）
• 専門分野の議論ができるレベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC（R）テスト：700点レベル）
• 日本語でコミュニケーション（読み・書き・会話）できるレベルを有すること
