■Responsibilities

• The Japan FP&A Senior Manager will report to the Senior Finance Director, the overall Japan regional CFO, leading a team of three professionals (1 manager and 2 senior financial analysts) who directly support the Japan commercial finance team.
• This position will partner closely with the Global and Regional FP&A teams.
• Shape and deliver key management presentations in partnership with finance and business stakeholders.
• She/He will be responsible for optimizing business performance reporting and driving insightful analysis of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow statements for quicker, stronger decision making.
• Lead forecast cycles, coordinate quarter closes in partnership with the global accounting shared services team, and drive process improvements and standardization aligned with corporate finance transformation programs.
• Lead the implementation of finance systems and process modernization initiatives.
• Provide financial guidance across numerous stakeholders impacting the Japan business’s financial performance, including Business Unit Finance, Supply Chain, Distribution, OPEX Centers of Excellence, Global Services, and Tax, to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables for forecast updates and fiscal close cycles.
• Advance the finance organization’s priority of building “fit for future” talent capabilities such as financial technology acumen and advanced analytics to add value to the evolving Finance function.
• Shape and lead future efficiency enablers including optimizing business processes and advancing standardization, report automation, and analytics/visualization initiatives.
• Lead business development support and deal assessment activities to enable future growth strategy.

Requirements

■必須

• 学士号
• ファイナンス／会計プロセス／関連ビジネス領域での累計10年以上の経験
• 部下育成・タレントマネジメントを伴うマネジメント／スーパーバイザー経験
• Microsoft Office（Word／PowerPoint）および高度なExcelスキル
• ピボットテーブル／各種関数／VLOOKUP など
• マトリックス組織、複数レベル（ビジネス／ファイナンス両方）で信頼関係を構築し、協業やチェンジマネジメントを推進した経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 目安：TOEIC 850 以上
• 国内／海外出張（最大10％程度）に対応可能な方
