Responsibilities

当グループは、国内ポバール工場の生産計画の策定、バランス管理、自社消費事業部との安定供給に向けた連携、さらにグローバル運営を担っています。本ポジションでは、事業部内外そして海外拠点と協力して、安全安定供給と適正在庫の維持に貢献していただきたいと考えています。
お任せしたい業務：配属後～1年間：配属後は、プロダクトマネジメントグループの工場担当として、まずは以下の業務に取り組んでいただきます。

• 生産計画の策定
• 工場で生産される銘柄バランス管理
• 国内自社消費事業部との連携
• 物流・荷材関連業務（業者との折衝を含む）
• 導入をめざしているS&OPシステムプロジェクトへの参画

Requirements

必須条件：

• 化学メーカーでの製品バランス管理（需要・供給・在庫の３要素を最適に整え、安定供給と在庫効率の両立を図る）、生産管理経験　5年以上
• グローバル対応が可能な英語力（会議対応、メール対応等、目安：TOEIC(R)テスト700以上）

歓迎条件：

• S&OPシステムなど、生産計画・管理に関連したシステム導入の経験
