Responsibilities

弊社が独自に開発・展開するセキュリティSaaSサービス拡張のため、システム開発をお任せ致します。
業務詳細：

• 要件定義～受入までのプロジェクト推進
  • 企画/要求整理、要件定義、基本設計～詳細設計の進行管理と品質管理
  • WBS/スケジュール/タスク割当、進捗管理、課題管理、リスク管理
• 社内調整
  • 業務部門との要件調整、仕様合意、変更管理（スコープコントロール）
  • マネジメントへの報告（進捗、コスト、品質、リスク、対策）
• 開発チーム運営
  • 開発メンバー/協力会社のマネジメント（レビュー体制、コミュニケーション設計）
  • 開発プロセス改善

Requirements

必須条件：以下2点を満たす方

• Webシステム開発プロジェクトでのリーダー経験
• 何らかの言語/フレームワークでのフロントエンドおよびバックエンド開発経験（React、Vue.js、JavaScript, Pythonなど）

歓迎要件：

• BtoB向けWebポータルや基幹連携を含むプロジェクト経験（外部API、バッチ、データ連携）
• チーム開発の経験（アジャイル、スクラムなど）
• 非機能要件の取りまとめ経験（性能・運用・セキュリティ・監査）
