Responsibilities

◆◇売上高・営業利益とも過去最高レベルを更新／グローバルトップクラスの総合電子部品メーカー／「自動車」「ICT」「産業機器・エネルギー」の3つの成長市場で拡大◇◆
■業務内容：以下の中からいずれか複数をご担当していただきます。

• 外部パートナーと交渉し、量産立ち上げを実現する
• 電子デバイスの製品立ち上げのプロジェクトマネジメント
• QCD（品質・コスト・納期）の課題に対して自ら考え問題解決に取り組む
• 生産管理として、品質管理・生産量管理・量産改善
• 新製品のコンセプト検証

※ご入社後は、まずは上記業務をお任せし、事業が立ち上がった際にはProduct Managementの責任者として当事業をリードしていただくことを期待しています。

■働き方

• 残業時間：平均20H程度、ただしプロジェクトの進捗状況によりばらつきが生じる可能性はあります。
• 出張頻度／期間／行先（国内外）：生産拠点および部品サプライヤーの所在がアジア地域になりますので、当該地域への出張は高頻度またはまとまった期間生じる可能性があります。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製造現場での実務経験（想定：5年以上）
• 量産立ち上げ（NPI）経験（樹脂成形／プレス加工／自動組立機などの工程立ち上げを含む）
• サプライヤー監査・評価・改善要求の実務経験（海外サプライヤー対応経験歓迎）
• 英語力：会議等でのファシリテートや議論が行えるレベル（目安：TOEIC（R）800／CEFR B2）

■歓迎条件：

• P‐FMEAの読解・作成能力、工程リスク管理の実務経験
• 統計的品質管理（SPC、Cp/Cpk、根本原因解析、CAPA等）の運用経験
