Responsibilities

【ESG・サステナ戦略を企画立案／経営層会議の運営と課題提言を主導／グローバルESGプロジェクト推進やCDP・EcoVadis対応を統括／グローバル展開するIoT・AIソリューション企業のサステナビリティ推進】
■業務内容：ご経験に応じ、下記の業務などをお任せします。

• 活動方針、戦略、活動計画の立案
• 経営層が参加する会議体の企画・運営、課題提言および決議事項の実行管理
• 海外グループ会社と連携したグローバルプロジェクトの推進（法規制対応、ESGデータ収集等）
• 国内外関係部門との会議の企画・ファシリテーションを通じた全社連携の促進
• CDP、EcoVadisなどの外部評価対応における方針決定と回答プロセスの統括
• 環境担当と連携し、排出量削減や再エネ導入検討など、環境施策とESG戦略の連動を推進

• サステナビリティ推進室には5名が所属しています。方針策定、戦略立案、ステークホルダー対応、ガバナンス体制整備など、サステナビリティの高度化を共にリードしていただく管理職クラスの方を募集しています。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• サステナビリティ推進に関する実務経験
• グローバルでのプロジェクト推進経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC750点以上）

【歓迎要件】

• サステナビリティ/ESG推進部門でのマネジメント経験
• グローバルプロジェクトの企画・運営経験
• ESG、サステナビリティ領域のコンサルティング経験
• 外部ESG評価機関への対応（質問書回答、評価改善活動等）経験
