Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 車両開発の早期段階から顧客ニーズを把握し、社内開発部門との連携を通じて新規開発提案を行います。案件獲得後は、量産納入までプロジェクトを主導し、技術・品質・生産部門と協働しながら進行管理を行います。
• 加えて、競合分析や技術テーマの探索、展示会・工場見学企画などを通じて長期的な関係構築とシェア拡大を推進します。
• 海外拠点とも連携し、グローバルで整合した提案を組み立てる役割も担います。

業務詳細：

• 顧客の車両仕様、電装構成、開発スケジュールを把握し、設計図面や技術資料から製品要件を整理。開発部門と協働し、標準品の適合検討や新規開発の可否を判断し、提案資料を作成します。
• 提案後は、社内コアチームに情報を共有し、設計変更、コスト見積、試作手配、量産立上げまでのプロセスをマネジメントします。
• また、競合の構造・性能比較や市場動向の収集、車両分解展示での技術テーマ抽出を行い、次期モデルへの提案に反映します。
• 展示会の運営や工場見学の企画を通じて、顧客キーパーソンとの接点を広げ、関係を強化します。
• 海外拠点とはオンライン会議やメールで共有を行い、供給体制や設計方針の調整を進め、グローバル一体で提案を組み上げます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 自動車業界または電子部品メーカーで営業としての実務経験
• 英語に抵抗のない方

歓迎要件:

• TOEIC600点以上、または英語での実務経験がある方
