Responsibilities

• パーソル内160社近くの企業群の中から派遣事業（ないし同社プロダクトが要素的に活用できる先）への課題特定と提案
• 派遣事業の業務プロセスの可視化、整理と改善提案（プロダクトのインプリに留まらず業績改善に寄与する）
• ドライバー求人サイトの日本国内への招へいとHackathonの運営、フランス現地に赴き協業の実施
• 投資家より高い関心が寄せられている事から投資家向けコミュニケーションの検討等

Requirements

必須条件：以下いずれも必須となります

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 日常会話レベルのフランス語
• プロダクトマネジメント経験
• ステークホルダーマネジメントスキル

歓迎条件：

• 欧米（欧州の場合はフランスがメイン）への出張が可能な方
• 中長期的にはフランスへの駐在ができる方
• 外資系企業でのご経験
• 人材サービスのドメイン知識
• フランス語での読み書き、コミュニケーションができる方
• 企業の業務プロセス改善などのBPR業務経験
