Responsibilities

店舗様からのフィードバックを起点に、サービス品質と顧客満足度最大化に向けた業務・マネジメント課題の解決、品質管理、改善プロジェクトの推進を行っていただきます。

• サービスにおける顧客満足度向上のための戦略立案および実行
• 顧客視点に立った業務改善の検討および実行
• 関連部署（営業、開発、協力会社 等）との連携およびプロジェクトマネジメント
• 顧客（店舗様）とのリレーション構築および課題解決に向けた調整業務

Requirements

必須条件：

• 業務プロセス可視化・課題抽出・改善策の立案および実行の経験
• EC・物流・カスタマーサポートいずれかの業界での就業経験
• ビジネスレベルのPCスキル（メール、Excel関数利用など）
• ピープルマネジメント経験
• TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上（もしくは同等の英語力を示す証明書、または英語圏大学以上の学位証明）
