Responsibilities

• 同社の半導体製造装置における品質管理担当として、お客様の工場や社内で発生した不具合への対応をメインでご担当いただきます。
• 不具合部品の解析や原因分析の結果をもとに、再発防止策の検討・推進、サプライヤーとの連携、お客様へ提出する報告書の作成まで、品質保証に関わる一連の業務までを担っていただきます。
• 調査・分析の実務は関連部門やサプライヤーが主体となって行うため、その結果をいかにして品質改善や顧客満足度向上に繋げるかが重要なポジションです。

具体的には：

• 不具合の解析、原因分析
• 調査結果に基づく是正・再発防止策の検討と推進
• 顧客向け報告書（レポート）の作成および報告
• サプライヤーへの品質指導、改善活動の依頼
• 社内の開発部門、製造部門、サービス部門との連携、調整

Requirements

必須条件：

• 品質管理または品質保証として顧客向けレポート（クレーム対応、改良提案、等）の作成／報告の経験
• 工学系の知識を有している方（機械、電気、物理のいずれかを想定）

歓迎条件：

• 関連部品（駆動ユニット部、制御ユニット部、等）の故障解析経験
• 英文による技術資料の読解が可能なレベルの英語力
• 資料を使った英語での説明経験
