We are a manufacturer specializing in the development and commercialization of materials based on urethane, rubber, plastics, and composite materials, providing products for everyday life from automobiles, motorcycles, information/IT equipment, and housing/construction related products. While most chemical manufacturers deal with one or two types of materials, we ensure the diversity and quality of our products by developing and manufacturing a wide range of materials. In particular, we have played a pioneering role in the development of new materials, successfully producing Asia's first urethane foam. We have also introduced a series of innovative products to the market, such as the world's thinnest foam sheet material and environmentally friendly foams that do not use chemical blowing agents. We will continue to focus on the development of new technologies and continue to surprise the world with our revolutionary new technologies.

• 近年グローバル市場で同社製品を使用するアスリートたちの活躍が目立っています。
• 更なるシェア拡大に向けて、日本国内から現地サポート業務に携わり、経験を積んだ後には、海外出張や調整業務を担当していただきます。
• 将来的には、現地赴任を視野に入れた活躍を期待しています。
• オートバイ・自転車・車いす用タイヤの製品開発およびプロモーション戦略の立案を行い、ユーザーファーストの視点で製品開発と販売戦略を主体的に推進していただきます。
• 国境を超えた社内外の関係者との調整も多いですが、主体的にプロジェクトを立ち上げ、周囲を巻き込みながら目標達成を目指してください。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネススレベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上）
• オートバイ・自転車・車いす競技に高い興味・関心がある方
• 法人営業経験者（3～5年以上）

歓迎条件：

• 海外営業経験、海外駐在経験、二輪競技経験、自動二輪運転免許証、商品企画経験、マーケティング経験
