Responsibilities

マネージャー：

• 営業組織と連携しながら、インフルエンサーマーケティングを活用してクライアントの売上最大化を支援しています。
• 本ポジションでは、広告運用機能を事業の中核へ引き上げるためのオペレーションチーム立ち上げを担っていただきます。
• 広告戦略設計、提案支援、営業推進を担当しながら、「提案～配信～改善」までをワンストップで設計できる体制を構築します。
• 事業成長に直結するチームをゼロからつくる役割です。

メンバー：

• 広告運用チームの立ち上げフェーズに参画いただきます。
• 配信オペレーションだけでなく、仮説設計や改善提案まで担うことで、事業成長に直結する運用スキルを身につけることができます。
• 立ち上げ期ならではの裁量ある環境で、ともに成長していけます。

Requirements

必須要件：＜マネージャー＞

• SNS／動画広告運用5年以上
• 月1,000万円以上運用経験
• Meta&Google実務、アカウント設計／再設計
• 運用フロー構築・標準化、育成／マネジメント、マニュアル・ナレッジ基盤構築
• インフルエンサー連動運用、組織／チーム立ち上げ経験

＜メンバー＞

• SNS／動画広告運用1年以上
• MetaまたはGoogleの管理画面での実務経験
• 日次／週次モニタリング、Excel等での基礎分析
• レポート作成と改善提案経験
