■Responsibilities

• Technical Core Design: Lead the design and implementation of the "technical core" for new applications, ensuring non-functional requirements (scalability, security, maintainability) are met from day one.
• Uncertainty Reduction: Break down complex product requirements into granular, actionable tasks. Identify technical risks early and lead the team in spikes or PoCs to validate solutions.
• Delivery Excellence: Own the team's value delivery flow. Monitor and improve team metrics (e.g., Lead Time, Deployment Frequency) by optimizing CI/CD pipelines and code review processes.
• Knowledge Architecture: Establish documentation standards within the team (ADRs, RFCs) and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to elevate the team's technical proficiency.
• Cross-Functional Bridge: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for PdMs and Designers to align technical roadmaps with business milestones.

Requirements

■Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in web application development, with at least 3 years in a "Senior" or "Lead" capacity.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience leading a team of 5+ engineers, specifically in assigning tasks based on dependency mapping and granularity.
• Systematic Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve product issues using systematic approaches (e.g., root cause analysis, automated regression testing).
• Cloud & Architecture: Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP) and designing systems that handle asynchronous processing or complex domain models.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders clearly and simply.
