Responsibilities

• 事業計画策定および事業戦略立案
• 課題分析及び設計・推進
• 各種KPI設定
• 計画の進捗モニタリング～計画変更またはアクションプランの検討
• 各種データ分析（購買傾向、市場動向など）
• 生産性・収益性向上に向けた施策立案および計画立案・実行
• 社内調整・部署横断プロジェクト推進
• 社内ルール設計

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業推進経験
• 基本的なドキュメンテーション能力（PowerPoint、Excel など）
• 組織の枠を超えた業務連携の経験
• TOEIC(R)800点以上（もしくは同程度の英語力を保有している資格の証明、英語圏の大卒以上の学位証明ができること）
