Company overview

We are a company that specializes in supervising ship construction and providing consulting services. As a wholly-owned subsidiary of a major trading company, our business scope is extensive. We engage in ship management, construction supervision, chartering and operation of ships, brokerage of used ships, sales and export/import of marine equipment to shipyards, as well as accounting and business management for overseas Special Purpose Companies (SPCs) related to ship ownership and operation. With expertise spanning various aspects of the maritime industry, including specialized management and operation by our in-house staff and collaboration with Mitsui & Co., Ltd., we offer a wide range of services. Our appeal lies in the stability provided by being fully backed by a major trading company and the numerous opportunities to undertake large-scale projects, fostering a dynamic business environment akin to that of a trading company.

Responsibilities

• Excelでの会計データ管理
• 資金管理
• 四半期決算業務
• 監査対応
• 四半期、年度での税金関係（顧問弁護士と契約しています）
• 子会社管理に係る業務（役員会参加、決算報告、決議書作成など）
• 親会社への報告
• 1人あたり、およそ2～4社程度のSPCを担当します。ファンド特有の対応は発生しますが、それほど量は多くなく、現行担当者の多くはファンド未経験者の経理経験者で、OJTを中心に対応しています

英語を使用する場面:

• シンガポールで登記をしている管理対象会社があり、決算書作成を現地の日系会計事務所に委託しています。
• 日本人担当者の下での現地の人が実務を行っているケースがあり、英語でのメールのやりとりを行う場合があります。※翻訳機やAIを使いながらでの対応で問題ありません。

Requirements

• 簿記2級以上のレベルの知識・経験
• 事業会社での経理･財務・税務経験３年以上
• USCPA又は会計士資格保有者、又は同レベル資格者(科目合格者)
• 英語中級　TOEIC730以上目安

歓迎要件:

• 月次・四半期決算の経理実務経験がある方
• 事業会社等での資金決済の実務経験がある方
• 船舶・航空・自動車などモビリティ分野に一定の知識がある方
