Responsibilities

• 全社ソフトウェア開発における社内規定の整備と策定
  • 組み込みソフトウェア製品向けの既存標準を見直し、新たなソリューションビジネスに対応する全社標準を策定
  • 新しい法令や基準に対応した標準類の改定
• ソフトウェア技術を事業部で利用しやすいように事業部標準作成の支援
  • 事業部標準の作成の支援
  • 開発標準化に基づく開発プロジェクト推進の支援

Requirements

必須条件：

• 組込系ソフトウェア開発経験（3年以上）
• 英語力：資料作成やメール等文面の読み書きが行えるレベル（目安：TOEIC（R）600／CEFR B1）

歓迎条件：

• CMMI、AUTOMOTIVE SPICE等の規格／標準に準じた開発を実施した経験のある方
• 組込系ソフトウェア開発プロジェクト管理経験（5年以上）
• 組込系ソフトウェア開発経験（10年以上）
• ソフトウェア開発におけるSPI／SQA経験者
• CMMIに基づくプロセス改善活動の経験者
