Responsibilities

本社の連結決算業務の実務のマネジャーとして連結決算及び開示資料作成業務のマネジメントと業務に関与する人材の育成を担当していただきます。また、海外子会社の経理責任者と会計課題等について英語でコミュニケーションを図る役割も担います。
業務の詳細：

月次・四半期・年次の連結決算業務

各企業を担当しているメンバーのレビューを含む

国内外の子会社との連携・連結パッケージの作成・レビュー

子会社からの提出データの確認・分析・疑問点の解消など

連結開示資料(会社法・金融商品取引法）の作成

会計監査対応（監査法人との折衝）

経理業務の効率化・業務フロー改善

• その他、関連部署と連携して子会社の買収や組織再編等の会計に関わる課題対応を行います。
• まずは、1.2.3をお任せし、当社の業務をある程度把握されたタイミングで4.5と幅を広げていただきます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 海外子会社を含めた連結決算業務経験5年以上
• 英文決算書の対応経験　
  • 連結6割は海外のため英語でのメール対応、英文決算書が読めるレベル
• 経理実務において、海外子会社と英語でメールのやりとりをしながら推進した経験
