Responsibilities

• サプライヤーリスク管理基盤の設計・改善：国内外含めたグループ全社の資材部門と連携しながら、全社的なリスク分管理システムを設計・改善します。全社的なリスク動向を測りながら、リスク軽減策を策定します。
• プロジェクトマネジメント：構築及び法対応などのプロジェクト管理を行い、計画、実行、監視、報告を行います。
• 国内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション：会議運営や要件に関するコミュニケーション（主に英語）を図ります。明確かつ効果的に情報を伝え、チームメンバーやステークホルダーとの協力関係を築きます。
• アンケート・インタビュー等を通じたサプライヤーや当社内サプライヤーリスク管理の実態調査を行います。
• サプライヤーリスクマネジメントシステム導入支援：会社標準や効果的な評価・リスク分析手法を提供します。

※ご入社後は、まずプロジェクト業務からお任せし、将来的にはリスクマネジメント組織の管理運営業務をお任せします。※さまざまな分野のリスク調査や対策を行っていただきますので、類似の知識・経験がある方は歓迎いたします。

Requirements

• 英語によるコミュニケーション業務が3年以上、且つビジネスレベルの会話力
• 調達若しくはサプライチェーン管理業務でのリーダー若しくは管理職の経験3年以上
• 海外プロジェクト若しくは海外との業務経験3年以上

歓迎要件:

• 調達部門でサプライヤー管理での経験
• リスク管理業務の経験
• 企画若しくはコンサルティング業務経験
