Responsibilities

• ASEAN子会社（※他地域子会社の可能性もあり）への輸出管理体制構築支援および運用監督
• 地域本社・グループ本社を介したグローバル全子会社の輸出管理状況の定期的モニタ
• 管轄組織別に実施するグループ会社への輸出監査補助（実施後のフォローアップ含む）
• 子会社への輸出管理強化ツール導入推進および運用支援

※ご入社後は、まず当社のグローバル輸出管理組織の構成と規程に基づく役割を理解いただいた上で、ASEAN子会社の輸出管理体制構築支援を中心にご担当いただきます。その後、段階的にグループ会社全体の実情調査、監査・改善支援へと業務を拡大していただきます。

Requirements

• 米国輸出管理法令（EAR）の実務知識必須。OFACに関する基礎知識
• 輸出規制リストに基づく貨物及び役務の該非判定経験
• 海外現地拠点への教育・支援・指導の実務経験
• 管理調査確認作業を正確に遂行し、社内規定書等の文書整備の実務経験
• 会議体の議事録や報告書、資料等の作成能力（PPT、Word、Excel）
• 英語力：会議での資料発表や議事録記載が問題なく行えるレベル（目安：TOEIC（R）730）
