Responsibilities

• 入社後は、精密／電子カンパニーの品質保証部門で、半導体製造装置／付帯設備の品質保証業務をお任せします。
• 各拠点から寄せられる客先不具合の窓口対応、状況整理と社内展開
• 社外不適合部品の原因調査、是正／再発防止策の取りまとめと報告書作成
• 不具合部品のFA（故障解析）推進、関係部門との技術的なすり合わせ
• 過去不具合情報の横展開および設計／開発DRでのレビュワー業務
• 品質データの収集／分析と、ルール／基準の見直しなど仕組みづくり
• 海外拠点とのやり取りも多く、英語力をお持ちの方にはグローバル案件も積極的にお任せします。

Requirements

必須条件：

• メーカーにて装置／部品などでの品質保証業務の経験

歓迎条件：

• 顧客クレームや不具合対応における原因分析／問題解決の経験
• 不具合解析（FA）やFMEA、FTAなどの品質手法の活用経験
• 社内外の関係者と折衝／調整できる交渉力（報告／連絡／相談を含む）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（メール／会議でのやり取りが可能な方）
• 半導体製造装置、精密機器、産業用装置いずれかの品質保証経験
• TOEIC700点以上を歓迎
