Responsibilities

• 事業部長・マネジメント職：事業戦略の立案・実行を通じて、組織を牽引
• プロジェクトマネージャー（PM）：チームを牽引し、プロジェクト全体を統括
• コンサルタント：技術的知見を活かし、クライアントの課題解決を支援
• エキスパート：特定の技術分野の専門性を磨き、深い知識と豊富な経験と高度なスキルを有する
• キャリアプランナー：エンジニアに寄り添い、目指したい方向性や価値観を踏まえてキャリア形成をサポート
• 講師・教育担当：社内外の技術研修や人材育成に貢献

Requirements

必須条件：

• 自動車業界でのAD/ADAS/SDV領域での開発経験
• ビジネス英語力（会話＋読み書き　目安：TOEIC(R)700点以上）

歓迎条件：

• OEM/Tier1でのPM経験
• PLMシステム導入時技術面からのサポート経験
