Responsibilities

• ビジネス目標に整合したコアシステム（Guidewire）の開発・改善を主導
• ステークホルダーと協働し、機能要件や改善項目を整理・優先順位付け
• プロダクトバックログの管理と製品ロードマップの策定
• 開発チームと連携し、高品質な機能を期限内に提供するための進行管理
• ビジネス価値を最大化するため、プロダクトビジョンや優先事項をチーム・関係者へ明確に共有
• コアシステムの継続的な改善や新しい価値創出の推進
• 技術的負債（Technical Debt）の管理と削減に向けた取り組み
• Guidewire を中心とした基幹システムの深い理解を活かし、事業課題の解決を支援
• 自動車保険を含む保険ドメインに関わる課題を理解し、最適なシステム改善に反映

Requirements

• プロダクトオーナーまたは類似の役割のご経験
• Guidewire Insurance Suite または類似の基幹保険システムに関する深い知識
• アジャイル手法・プロダクトマネジメントの理解
• 英語力ビジネスレベル以上
