Responsibilities

• MI業務プロセスの可視化、課題抽出および改善施策の企画・実行
• VBA、RPA、その他自動化ツールを用いた業務効率化の推進
• 各種データの収集・整理・分析およびレポーティング
• 海外拠点・海外ベンダーとの英語によるコミュニケーション
• 関係部門との調整、改善施策の定着化支援

Requirements

英語での実務コミュニケーション経験（会議、メール等）をお持ちで、以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方（目安：3年以上）:

• 製薬会社において、業務プロセス改善やデジタル活用による業務効率化プロジェクトに従事した経験をお持ちの方
• コンサルティングファームにおいて製薬企業向けに業務改善・デジタル活用施策の企画・導入支援等を担当した経験をお持ちの方

歓迎条件:

• VBAによる業務効率化ツール作成経験
• RPA／Power Automate等の自動化ツール活用経験
