Responsibilities

• クロスファンクションチームを形成し、顧客要求確認から量産移行までのプロジェクト日程、タスクの管理を行います。
• プロジェクト採算性評価と採算性改善を実施します。
• 課題、問題解決に向けた関係部門および生産工場との調整を行います。
• マネジメントへのプロジェクト進捗報告と承認依頼、プレゼンテーションを実施します。
• 顧客へのプロジェクト状況の説明およびプレゼンテーションを行います。

Requirements

• 第二新卒歓迎
• 製造業で製品開発関連経験がある方（営業、FAE、設計、生産技術、SCM等）
• 英語力(TOEIC600点程度)
• 折衝/交渉やクロスコミュニケーションに自信のある方
• 社内外関係部門と連携し積極的に業務遂行ができる方及び論理的思考能力
• 変化を恐れずに、問題解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
