Responsibilities

• 監修部全体の方針策定、運営管理、品質基準（ガイドライン）の構築
• IP監修業務（世界観・キャラクター表現・デザイン・設定整合性など）における最終判断・品質保証
• ライセンス部門、社内関連部署との折衝・調整・レビュー体制の構築
• 監修業務のプロセス改善、標準化、ナレッジ管理
• IP資産データ（デザイン、設定資料、過去の製品データ、ガイドライン等）の統括管理
• 国内外チームとのクロスファンクショナルな連携・コミュニケーション
• チームメンバーの育成、評価、スケジュール管理
• グローバル市場における IP品質向上観点でのトレンド理解と提案

Requirements

• エンタメ業界（ゲーム、アニメ、出版、映像、玩具、アパレルなど）における監修・編集・品質管理・制作進行いずれかの経験（8年以上）
• IPの設定管理・世界観監修、キャラクターガイドライン整備などの実務経験
• チームマネジメント経験（5年以上）
• ビジネスレベルの日本語コミュニケーション能力

• ゲーム・映像・アニメ・出版・玩具・レジャーを中心としたIPビジネスにおける監修経験
• ライセンス案件の制作物監修・品質管理の経験
