Responsibilities

• 採用業務の進捗管理、活動推進（新規施策含む）
• 採用戦略・計画の立案（ポジション定義、KPI設計、媒体・エージェント選定）
• 求人票／Job Descriptionの作成・ブラッシュアップ（日本語／英語）
• 候補者母集団形成（ダイレクトソーシング、スカウト、リファーラル・アルムナイ促進）
• 選考設計と運用（書類選考、面接調整、面接官ブリーフィング、合否判定支援）
• オファー作成・クロージング、入社受け入れ（オンボーディング）連携
• 採用KPIの可視化（充足率、採用リードタイム、採用単価、品質向上 等）と改善提案
• 媒体ベンダー管理（SLA、要件定義、改善交渉）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社または人材紹介会社にて中途採用業務の実務経験５年以上
• 採用業務のリード経験（チームマネジメント、部門横断の採用プロジェクト推進、選考設計の標準化 等）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み・書き・会話）
