Responsibilities

【全国を支える大手外食チェーン向け物流会社／グループの安定基盤のもと、輸入・購買～在庫管理まで一気通貫で担当／おもちゃ・販促商材のサプライチェーンをリードし、プロモーション成功に貢献できるポジション】
全国に約3,000店舗ある日本最大級のフードサービスチェーンで商品と一緒にお渡しするおもちゃ（本）およびその他の販売促進商品に関する需給管理、購買、調達、輸入、配送センターへの搬入などサプライチェーンの一手を担う部署での職務、その管理となります。
■業務詳細：

• プロモーションスケジュールに基づき、海外サプライヤーに対し、発注・スケジュール調整・コスト管理等
• 各配送センターへのコンテナ搬入、横もちトラックの手配
• 社内基幹システムでの入出庫処理
• プログラム毎のマスター設定、単価設定、パッケージデザインの確認
• サプライヤーからの請求書の管理
• 在庫管理、ライセンス契約の管理、使用期限の指示
• 海外サプライヤーとの船積み調整など
• お客様からのお問い合わせ対応、それに伴う他部署との調整
• コンテナ積み付けプランの作成
• 倉庫会社との価格交渉など

Requirements

●必要業務経験 ■必須条件：

• 商社・専門商社・メーカーでの輸出入経験

（貿易知識、国内外営業経験、調整・対人折衝経験、通関士などの資格があれば尚可）

• サプライチェーンもしくはロジスティックス経験者
• ビジネスレター作成レベルの英語力

（読み書き必須、会話尚可、TOIEC（R）テスト700 点以上目安、英語での交渉や折衝が必要な場合もあります）

• 契約書作成や会計管理など多岐にわたる業務知識や経験がある方
