Responsibilities

【世界をリードする半導体製造装置メーカー/離職率低/英語力を活かせる！】
■職務概要：

• プロセスエンジニア社員が多く在籍する当社において、ピープルマネジメント含め、半導体装置プロセス業務に関わっていただきます。必要に応じ、プロセスエンジニアの面接、採用、トレーニングを実施します。また、従業員満足度の確保のため、目標設定や振り返り、研修、キャリア開発なども関わります。
• フィールド作業は実務ベースではほとんどありませんが、コミュニケーション上必要になる場合もあります。

■担当装置（全ての経験は不要です）

• CMP（研磨装置）
• FEP（フロントエンドプロセス装置）
• インプラント（イオン注入装置）

■業務詳細：

• ピープルマネジメント
• プロジェクトマネジメント（新規プロセス開発・量産プロセス改善）
• クライアントマネジメント
• チームビルディング

■働き方：

• 海外出張も発生しますが、そこまで頻繁ではありません。US本社への訪問や、特許取得に伴う学会参加、顧客先の海外施設に行くこともありますが、メンバーの業務管理もおこなうため、現場であるファブでの業務が多いです。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• プロセスエンジニア経験
• 英語力（目安：TOEIC800点程度）
• ピープルマネジメントの経験（PMや、評価権限の無いマネジメント経験は不可）
