Responsibilities

• フッ素系のガス、溶剤製品、半導体や自動車関連の用途に使用される製品や化学製品に対する品質保証業務全般（品質規格の設定、お客様との規格交渉、クレーム、不適合、トラブル発生時の解析、是正対応管理、監査対応、品質管理、製品検査管理、依頼分析対応、品質作りこみ支援、QMSの運用）。

Requirements

• 化学製品に関する品質保証、もしくは品質管理の経験
• インテグリティー意識が高く、他部署と適切なコミュニケーションを取って、品質向上をけん引していくことのできる方
• お客様対応を適切に行える対人交渉力をお持ちの方
• 大学化学系学部卒以上
• 英語：海外拠点とのコミュニケーションを図るため英語力が必要（TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上）
• 多部署との関わりがあるため周囲との連携が取れる方、原理原則に基づいて考え、行動ができる方
• インテグリティー意識が高く、自ら業務をけん引していくことのできる方
