Responsibilities

自動車部品の開発におけるサプライヤー品質管理を担当し、製品の品質確保・納期遵守に向けたサプライヤーおよび社内関係者との調整・推進を行っていただきます。
①ISO9001・IATF16949に基づく品質要求への対応

• 部品開発におけるサプライヤー指導・管理を実施。

②サプライヤー（国内外）との品質調整

• プロジェクトのタイムラインに沿って、部品品質要求が満たされるようサプライヤーとコミュニケーションを行い、課題解決を推進。

③社内関係部署との調整業務

• 開発、調達、生産などの社内関係者と連携し、部品品質プロセスおよび開発マイルストーンに関わる活動を推進。

④製品知識を活かした部品開発支援

• メカトロニクス部品、冷却系部品に関する技術理解を基に、社内外のメンバーと部品開発を進行。

⑤サプライヤーリスク評価

• 不具合ゼロを目指し、サプライヤーのリスクを分析し、必要な改善・フォローを実施。

⑥サプライヤープロセス監査の実施

• ISOおよびIATFの基本要求事項に基づき、サプライヤーの品質プロセス監査を担当。

⑦APQP・PPAPの推進と評価

• 効果的な部品開発のため、APQP（先行製品品質計画）および PPAP（生産部品承認プロセス）を主導・管理。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 品質管理の経験をお持ちの方
• 日常会話レベル以上の英語力
