- Responsibilities

戦略策定においてサポートし、同社の新戦略の実行をリードします。同社の経営層やグループとのコミュニケーションが多く、会社変革をリードすることのできるポジションです。【会社戦略計画の策定】
- 戦略イニシアチブの策定・ターゲット設定・アクションプラン策定
- 会社戦略に沿ったプロジェクト投資アロケーションの策定
- グループへの報告資料策定・報告
- 会社戦略の会社全体への周知
- 各ビジネスユニットと連携し、戦略アクションの実行状況（マイルストーン・KPI)をモニタリング
- 戦略イニシアチブの問題点・リスクの管理・解決
- 経営会議の運営
- マーケット環境の調査、報告資料作成・ExComへの報告（四半期毎）
- 子会社戦略策定の管理
- グループシナジーイニシアチブの策定・管理・実行支援
- 戦略的パートナーシップの構築
- M&A業務のサポート

- 経営企画をはじめとする企画業務経験をお持ちの方（コンサルティングファーム出身の方も歓迎いたします）
- 英語のビジネス利用経験のある方 ※資料作成や会議等で英語を主に使用するため
