Responsibilities

同社にて、自動車顧客向けプロジェクトマネジメント業務に携わっていただきます。

• クロスファンクションチームを形成し、顧客要求確認から量産移行までのプロジェクト日程、タスクの管理を行います。
• プロジェクト採算性評価と採算性改善を実施します。
• 課題、問題解決に向けた関係部門および生産工場との調整を行います。
• マネジメントへのプロジェクト進捗報告と承認依頼、プレゼンテーションを実施します。
• 顧客へのプロジェクト状況の説明およびプレゼンテーションを行います。

Requirements

応募要件:※第二新卒歓迎

• 製造業で製品開発関連経験（営業、FAE、PDE、Procurement、SCM、ME等）があり、プロジェクトマネジメント業務を実行できる能力のある方
• 製造業で製品開発関連経験（営業、FAE、PDE、Procurement、SCM、ME等）があるものの、プロジェクトメンバーとしてPJM業務を理解していて、PJMをやりたいと考えている方
