Responsibilities

以下業務をご担当いただける方を増員採用します。
詳細：

• グループ全体の間接材支出を可視化し、コスト削減機会を特定
• マーケット分析やビジネスニーズ（仕様）の把握、ステークホルダーとの協働により、カテゴリー戦略を策定
• グローバル・BU横断のRFP、e-Auctionの設計・運営
• 高度な交渉スキルを活かし、価格・契約条件双方で価値を最大化
• プロセス標準化、購買規程整備、デジタルツール導入を推進
• コスト最適化により、営業利益拡大やキャッシュフロー改善を実現し、会社に貢献する

※業務の優先度やチーム内バランスにより、アサインメントは別途検討予定※グローバル調達組織の中核人材として将来のマネジメント候補

Requirements

必須要件：

• 調達実務（間接材・直接材問わず）、または調達関連のコンサルティング経験5年以上
• 基本的な英語力（目安TOEIC700点以上）

歓迎要件：

• 間接材調達の専門経験
• カテゴリーマネジメントやプロジェクトマネジメント経験
• CPP/CPSMなどの専門資格
• DX/AI/BIなどテクノロジー/ツール活用への興味/適応力
