Responsibilities

• 新規ユーザー獲得計画と予算の策定
• プロモーションキャンペーンの企画・実施
• 既存ユーザー育成計画と予算の策定
• 顧客育成プログラムとCRMイニシアチブの企画・実行
• APPのUI/UX改善提案

Requirements

• 事業会社、広告代理店、コンサルティングファームなどでのマーケティング経験、もしくは企画経験
• 定性・定量データ分析（プロモーション効果測定、市場調査等）

• 自発的にプロジェクトをリードする積極的な姿勢
• 電子商取引サービスにおける実務経験
• プロジェクトまたはチーム管理の経験
• KPIの設計および管理の経験
• SQL、R、Pythonなどを使用したデータ抽出スキル
