【シニアリーガルカウンセル】を募集しています。
本ポジションは、ビジネスリーダーや各部門と密に連携し、
法令遵守を確保しつつ、リスクバランスの取れた意思決定を支援する役割をお任せします。

複数法域にまたがる法的助言の豊富な経験と、

■Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and supporting negotiations of a number of contracts including commercial, distribution, software, procurement, construction, oil & gas and industry standard contracts
• Lead or support cluster initiatives, policy rollouts & template localisation
• Providing claims support and overseeing litigations
• Any other function as assigned from time to time.
• Helping to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Group policies including driving the competition law program
• Partner with senior leaders across commercial, HR, finance, procurement, operations, and corporate functions
• Support corporate governance & entity management
• Provide training to the business
• Other general legal support as reasonably required by Legal Management to service the SMBT operations.

Requirements

• 法学士号、弁護士資格
• ６年以上の関連分野での弁護士実務経験
• 複数法域にまたがる規制・法務案件の対応経験
• 国際企業での勤務経験があり、インハウスロイヤーとしての実績を有すること
• テクノロジーに関する高いリテラシーと IT スキルを有すること
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル上級以上の英語スキル（会話・文書ともに必須）
