Responsibilities

主に海外のグループ企業における決算・財務・業務プロセスにおける内部統制評価業務（J-SOX）に従事いただきます。

• 海外子会社を含むJ-SOX評価範囲の整理
• 決算／財務プロセスおよび売上、購買、原価、在庫、固定資産等の内部統制評価
• 業務フロー、業務記述書、RCMの作成・更新
• 整備評価・運用評価の実施
• 不備対応、改善支援、再発防止策の検討
• 監査法人への有効性評価に対する対応

Requirements

必須条件:（1）ビジネスレベルの英語力（2）上記に加え下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 監査法人または事業会社内部監査、内部統制経験
• 経理経験（売上・購買・原価／在庫・固定資産・決算／連結）
• 監査法人における監査業務経験

歓迎条件:

• 内部監査、リスク管理、ガバナンス領域の知見
• 内部統制評価経験
• CIA（公認内部監査人）資格
