Responsibilities

国内外で知名度抜群のアウトドア・キャンプ用品メーカーである同社のデマンドプランニングを担当いただきます。【具体的には】サプライチェーンマネージメントの中核を担い、E&Oの管理、関連部署と連携し正確な販売予測の基盤を作り、デマンドプランにリスクが発生した場合はギャップを見直し、対応計画の策定を実施。日本の売上成長とイノベーション支援の為、デマンドプランの策定・監督・変更を行っていただきます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 3年以上のデマンドプランニング、サプライチェーンマネージメントの経験または関連分野における同等の実務経験
• SAP（ECC）経験
• Microsoft office上級
• 日本語スキルビジネスレベル
• 英語スキル中級以上（※海外チームとのやりとりが日常業務で発生。90％はメールで定型文化されています。主にアジアの海外出張機会あり。）
