Responsibilities

RANソフトウェアの実装を通じて、商用ネットワークの性能と拡張性を高める役割を担います。担当はLayer1～Layer3のいずれかで、PHY／MAC／RLC／PDCP／RRCといったレイヤの開発を行います。スケジューリング、リンク制御、ハンドオーバ、無線リソース制御の最適化に取り組み、vRANやCloud Native環境での性能チューニングも担当します。シミュレーションと実機評価を組み合わせ、ボトルネック要因を特定し改善策を実装します。AI技術を用いた最適化機能の検証も行い、強化学習や最適化手法の適用を検討します。研究・標準化・運用部門と近い距離で連携し、仕様理解から実装、評価までを通した一連の工程を担当します。商用導入を視野に、精度と安定性を両立させる実装が求められます。

Requirements

必須条件:

• RANソフトウェア開発経験（Layer1～Layer3のいずれか）
• C／C++などを用いた組込み／通信ソフトウェア開発経験
• 英語ドキュメントの読み込み、英語による社内外とのコミュニケーション能力

歓迎条件:

• AI／機械学習（特に強化学習、最適化、LLMなど）の知識
