Responsibilities

モバイルキャリアでのAI-RAN導入と普及に向け、国際標準化と技術戦略立案を担当します。3GPPやO-RAN Allianceの会合に参加し、仕様策定に向けた提案書作成、レビュー、合意形成を行います。海外オペレーター・ベンダーとは、技術仕様の方向性を擦り合わせる交渉を担当します。議論内容や動向は社内へ即時共有し、次の提案に必要な論点を整理します。術議論を主導し、ホワイトペーパーや技術レポートをまとめます。無線チームやAI研究チームと連携し、標準化に向けたユースケースや技術構成を具体化します。抽象的な議論を構造化し、実装可能な仕様へ落とし込む力が求められます。国際会議での英語議論、技術文書作成、関係者を巻き込む調整など、主体的に推進する役割です。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 3GPP／O-RANでの標準化活動経験（5年以上）
• 国際会議や技術フォーラムにおける英語での議論経験
• 技術文書（仕様、ホワイトペーパー、技術レポートなど）の作成経験
• Power Pointでの資料作成スキル

歓迎条件:

• AI／機械学習（特に強化学習、最適化、LLMなど）の知識
