Responsibilities

• 国内外子会社を含む統制・リスク状況の整理、可視化※まずは把握・構造理解からスタート
• 内部監査対応および指摘事項の是正推進※正解を一人で出すのではなく、関係者と調整しながら落とし所の発見
• 反社／贈収賄／競争法等のコンプライアンス領域における企画・運用※日本側主導＋現地支援体制を活用し、仕組み化を重視
• 経営層・事業部との調整、合意形成※能動的に論点整理を行うことで裁量を広げていく
• 属人化している業務の棚卸し、ルール・プロセス設計※完璧を目指さず、小さく試し、改善を重ねるスタイル

Requirements

• コーポレート領域のいずれかにおける実務経験（1年以上）
• 自ら論点を整理し、関係者と調整しながら前に進められる方

※管理職経験は不要です。歓迎条件:

• チームリードやマネジメント経験
• 海外子会社管理、グローバル業務への関与経験
• 内部統制・コンプライアンス業務の経験
