Responsibilities

職務：

• 各工場／ユーザーへの部品の安定供給を確保／確立
• （1）サプライチェーンリスク管理：
  • 供給リスクの把握／影響調査
  • サプライヤー個別の供給課題洗い出しと改善活動の実施
  • サプライヤー能力（供給追随）調査の実施
  • 新規調達先選定時の供給リスク／BCPリスクの評価
  • 社内各部門から報告される部品供給リスクのまとめ／報告
  • 生産計画／市場需要トレンドのサプライヤーへのコミュニケーション
• （2）クライシス対応：
  • 緊急供給案件解消のサポート（案件のリード、又はバイヤーと協力しながら製造、生産管理、物流（輸送）の専門知識でサポートし、必要に応じて生産部門との窓口役となる）
  • 必要に応じてサプライヤーへの訪問を実施
  • 災害（地震／洪水／紛争）発生時の各サプライヤーの影響の調査／訪問

Requirements

必須要件

• 調達もしくは海外営業のご経験3年以上
• サプライチェーンに関する知識
