Responsibilities

• 顧客との打ち合わせで要求内容を確認し、機能条件・使用環境・制約事項を整理します。技術ロードマップから得た要件や製造条件を踏まえて複数の設計案を検討し、構造設計・シミュレーションを実施します。設計段階では製造技術担当と調整し、量産に適した構造かを確認します。営業やPMと連携して仕様の背景を共有し、顧客へ技術的な根拠を示しながら提案します。さらに、PRDやDFMEAを作成し、設計判断の論点やリスクを可視化して社内の意思決定に必要な情報を整えます。プラットフォームチームマネージャーへ直接報告し、開発の進捗や課題を論理的に説明することも求められます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• メカ設計エンジニア経験(半年以上)
• 英語での会議参加、英語による上司とのコミュニケーションが得意な方。

歓迎条件：

• 電気/電子部品メーカーでの製品開発、設計業務（精密機械/機構設計）に関して5年以上の実務経験
• 特定の技術だけでなく、新しい技術を取り入れ開発をリードできる積極性と柔軟性を持っている方 (または、その意欲と資質がある方)
• 英語での業務遂行経験
• 会議等の場面で積極的に意見を発信できる
