Responsibilities

■職務内容

• 既存のデータ分析ツール、データベースの運用業務（機能追加、新規開発、問い合わせ対応など）
• 基幹システム刷新やグループ会社拡大に伴うデータ連携（データインターフェイス開発）
• 担当システムのユーザートレーニング企画、開催

*ご入社後は、まず既存システムの運用から業務をお任せし、将来的には海外拠点を含む業務部門の課題解決業務やマネジメント業務をお任せします。またシステム開発業務はプロジェクト規模に応じて内部リソースで開発するケース、設計を担ってプログラミングは開発会社に委託するケースの両方があります。
■組織のミッション

• 同社グループ全社の販売・購買・物流情報を収集したデータベース、及びそのデータを分析するためのデータ分析・照会ツールの開発、運用を担っており、データ分析を通じて各業務部門の課題解決をミッションに取り組んでいます。

■働き方

• 残業時間：20h/月
• 在宅勤務頻度：週1回の出社日を設け、それ以外は出社/リモート自由に選択可能です
• フレックスタイムの有無：有
• 出張頻度／期間／行先（国内外）：平均年1回ほどで行先は国内外どちらもあります

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 業務でのSQL使用経験1年以上
• 社会人経験3年以上
• 英語力：資料作成やメール等文面の読み書きが行えるレベル（目安：TOEIC(R)テスト600点/CEFR B1），メール・チャットでの問い合わせ対応・海外部門とのオンライン会議で英語を使用

■歓迎条件：

• SQL、BIツールの開発またはそれらを使用するシステム運用の経験あり
• プロジェクト管理の業務経験あり
• ユーザーサポート業務経験あり
