Responsibilities

• 国内およびグローバル市場を対象とした、デジタル顧客接点の管理・最適化を担っていただきます。LINE・Web・MAの各ツールを連携させ、一気通貫したカスタマージャーニーを設計・構築・運用することで、事業成長をリードする役割です。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 企業の公式SNS（LINE等）の運用経験
• Webコンテンツ管理・CMS更新の実務経験（ベンダー折衝含む）
• メールマーケティング：メルマガ企画・制作の実務経験（Account Engagement等のMAツール使用経験があればなお可）
• 社内外の関係者との調整・推進経験
• PCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）
• 日常会話レベルの英語力（目安：TOEIC(R)600以上）
