Responsibilities

• サービスデリバリーマネージャーとして、同グループの事業部門に対しITサービスの最適提供を推進します。
• 具体的には、事業部門リーダーとの関係構築と定期レビューを通じ、期待値管理とパフォーマンス報告を実施。グローバル標準のプロセスやツール導入を促進し、現地要件との調和を図ります。
• さらに、ITサービスリスクを事前に特定し、CoEチームと連携して登録簿を管理。需要取り込みと優先順位付けを監督し、キャパシティ計画を技術チームと協働で策定します。新サービス導入時には運用性を考慮した設計を保証し、稼働前承認を実施。SLA遵守状況を監視し、重大インシデント発生時にはエスカレーション窓口として対応、根本原因分析と再発防止策を推進します。
• 加えて、継続的サービス改善（CSI）を主導し、効率化やコスト削減を実現。外部ベンダーの契約履行を監視し、部門ITサービスの予算管理も担います。

Requirements

必須条件：

• ITILフレームワークに関する豊富な知識を有し、ITIL4 Foundation認定資格保有者
• 日本語と英語の流暢な方
